What is the difference between spray wax and the 1-Year R1 Graphene Coating?
Traditional spray waxes sit on top of your paint and wash off within 3–4 weeks. The R1 Graphene Coating bonds at a molecular level with the clear coat to create a slick, hydrophobic shield that resists UV degradation, bird droppings, and harsh water spots for a full year.
How long does a detailing service take?
Single services (Interior Refresh or Exterior Wash & Seal) typically take 1.5–2.5 hours. Full-service packages (Essential & Signature) take 3–5 hours, while Restoration & Coating packages require a full day (6–8 hours) for proper machine polishing and coating curing.
How should I prepare my vehicle for service?
Please remove all loose personal items from the cabin, center console, door pockets, and trunk. If you have child car seats, removing them prior to arrival allows us to thoroughly clean and extract the seats beneath.
What if my vehicle has heavy pet hair, sand, or tree sap?
Severe pet hair, ground-in sand, and tree sap require dedicated chemical solvents and mechanical extraction tools. We conduct a quick walk-around inspection at check-in and will review any additional surcharge before starting work.
How do I wash my vehicle after a graphene coating?
Keep the vehicle dry for the first 48 hours to allow the coating to cure completely. After that, hand wash using the two-bucket method with a pH-neutral car soap. Avoid drive-through tunnel washes with spinning brushes, which scratch paint and degrade coatings.
